Our foundation repairs fallow through with digging out the dirt next to the stem wall footing. Demo broken concrete, then the epoxy rust inhibitor goes on, or we remove the section and replace. After the patching, we waterproof all our work, and paint all the way down the foundation vertical wall as well. Compact the dirt back. We provide the most comprehensive repair, unlike the other guys. And we charge less.

Thank you.
We're here in Queen Creek Arizona and it's obvious you know this horizontal cracking fracture and here's the culprit. The steel is rusting and will rust up to five times its diameter in size and just bust out this whole side. If not treated, will go left and it will go right. I've seen it go all the way around a house. zit's very devastating you'll find little critters in here and stuff. So what we do is, we remove all of the dirt from away from the stem wall all the way down to the bottom of the stem wall to the top of the sport footing. Then we remove the steel where it's rusted at least 20% or more of itself and replace it with new. This little corner right here is broke all the way
from here and there. So this whole corner support to this house in that area is totally gone. Already the salt deposit, or efflorescence, is behind the paint, and is held in there. Chews into the vertical surface of the stem wall causing spalling. spalling, is degradation of the surface where you can see the rocks are being exposed. This is phase one. Phase two is, oxidation of the interior reinforcement bar. So we remove the dirt all the way around to the front stoop area and we rip all of the concrete off that's chipping, cracking, and flaking on here. Clean that, and treat the rebar with a rust inhibitor, or remove it and replace it with new. We also put in interior epoxy water stop on everything that we patch, and that's going to hold our patch on there. Then we build it out with our cement patch material mix that have. We can speed up the process, or slow it down, depending on the mix design that we need and the temperatures atmospheric conditions. Then we bring it out to a smooth printable surface. Then we waterproof that all the way down
with two coats of waterproofing. Finally we put on one coat of exterior house paint all the way down. We do all this with our services. Once we're done, we put the dirt back in, compact it into lifts bring it back up, And it's warrantied. For more information about patching oxidized rebar and foundation repair correctly.
