We're using an expanding epoxy which will seal any water penetration thats not caused by hydrostatic pressure. While exterior excavation and sheet membrane may be the best fix, cost, time, permits, may not always allow for it. This inexpensive kit can be used by the home owner to save money, time, and mess.
