I finally bought another house flip! I have not been buying nearly as many as usual in the last year or so. There have been few properties for sale and those that are for sale tend to be priced way too high unless they have issues like the post-occupancy hoarder house. I may have paid too much for this one but it should be a reasonably easy flip depending on a few factors.
We will have many updates on this one as the remodel progresses.
