An investor bought this Detroit landbank house and decided to hire a separate handyman for each trade, without hiring a project manager to keep the project on track. The renovation ended up going so far south that the city actually tried taking the property back. The framing upstairs is BY FAR the worst part. Today we take a walk through the entire property and go over every problem, as well as explain the investors 1 mistake that led to all of this. Hope you guys enjoy!
