The house was left in less-than-fair condition, with junk everywhere and one big wild card—a leak coming from the second-floor bathroom that could lead to unexpected plumbing issues. I knew about this risk going in, but now we’ll see how bad it really is.
The goal? Bring this property up to 2025 standards with a modern, family-friendly design—and do it all in 75 days or less.
