If you're out there only chasing the full home reno projects, you're fighting for a tiny group of high-value clients while everybody else in your city is playing for the scraps. Most guys just aren't willing to outwork or outspend the top players, but that's what it takes.
In this video, here's what I'd do if I was starting a remodeling company fresh today. The game plan: get out there, take handyman jobs, meet as many people as I can, and make sure every customer knows every single thing I offer. Fix their deck, compliment their old bathroom, hand them a flyer, get those reviews, just hustle repeat business instead of hoping someone finds you online after a year.
