Roof leak inspection. Roof is leaking around the chimney, which appears to be due to improper flashing. It looks like they used the counter flashing rolled down onto the roof as flashing instead of step flashing. The flashing at the lower end has also pulled up, causing a slight slope where water is running off into the shingle keyway.
