7 Steps on How to repair rusted holes on a metal roof:
1. Remove any paint, caulking, mastic, or tar with a wire brush attached to an angle grinder
2. After cleaning the seam, remove the screws that hold the seams together
3. Use a galvanized flat metal and bend it to fit the profile of the channel on the roof
4. Insert the metal in between the seams to cover the rusted hole
5. Screw down the area to tighten the metal panel and seams together
6. Use Turbo Poly Seal and cover all the seams using it in conjunction with the Polyester fleece
7. Wait 24 hours and paint Silver Coat Protection over the Turbo Poly Seal to protect it from Ultraviolet degradation
