6 Steps on How to repair a leak in an EPDM Rubber Flat Roof;
1. Use a wet rag and wipe the area clean where the seam is leaking
2. Make sure the surface is dry and free from dust
3. Use Super Silicone Seal and apply to EPDM Rubber about 2" on either side of the leaky area
4. Cut to size the polyester fleece and place it over the freshly painted Super Silicone Seal
5. Apply another coat of silicone over the fleece, making sure it is covered completely
6. Let it cure for 24 hours
