We were hired on to build this customer a new pool deck. Our scope of work was: Demo concrete pool deck, Pour concrete with rebar, Install travertine pavers, install a pergola, aluminum post were used with redwood in random sizes, painting fence in backyard, installing a built in bbq, installing a build in fire-pit, string lights with landscape lights, drip irrigation and stones in the planting beds. All this came out to $86,000 and the pool remodel was around 70k. That was done by another company.
