Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday that only a price cap of $30 on Russian oil could "change thinking in Moscow," saying the latest package of sanctions from the European Union could be stronger.Speaking during the Southeast Europe Summit held in Odesa, Zelenskyy said sanctions needed to target Russian oil tankers and its financial sector."The EU announced its 18th sanctions package. It can be stronger, especially in targeting Russian oil tankers and its financial sector. And on the oil price cap – a cap of $45 is better than $60. Anyway, it's understandable. It’s true.
