Have a glimpse of a tropical resort inspired landscaped garden situated in a gated community in the nation's capital. (Featured landscape designer: Mr. Jojo Lazaro). https://tierraplants.com/

The attractive curb appeal of the residence, composed of colorful blooming orchids, ferns, palm trees and perfectly shaped topiary is eye-catching to every passerby. Furthermore, tropical plant and tree species such as heliconias, bromeliads and bamboos were incorporated into the landscape design of the facade and the different garden sections, resulting to a variety of striking lush plant compositions that are rich in textures and colors. Stone pavers are decoratively arranged along the perimeter of the perfectly manicured lawn creating accents and pathways perfect for a morning or afternoon stroll. Interestingly, these pathways lead to hidden pocket gardens in the sprawling property. The integration of nipa roofed cabañas complete the resort vibe of the project which is perfect for lounging or simply enjoying the view of this beautifully designed garden. Or yet, the best place where one can sit and gain ideas and inspiration for their next DIY project, big or small.

This garden masterpiece was designed by Mr. Jojo Lazaro, one of the best and respected landscape designers in the Philippines. It is worth mentioning that one of his projects was featured in "Tropical Gardens of the Philippines", a coffee table book published by www.tuttlepublishing.com, co-authored by Lily Gamboa O'Boyle and Elizabeth V. Reyes.
