- Stabilizing the house with jacks, lintels and supports - Digging around the foundation wall and removing the soil - Cutting and removing the old wall sections by hand - Rebuilding new concrete block foundation walls in sections - Installing a steel lintel above any window openings or entrances - Reconnecting new block foundation walls to existing bricklines - Sealing any gaps or cracks with mortar - Complete exterior waterproofing and weeping tile replacement - Backfilling soil with compaction
