The steps to repairing your concrete foundation cracks are as follows:
1. Clean the area and rough up the surface of the foundation around the crack. 2. Mix up hydraulic cement to a clay-like consistency. 3. Apply the hydraulic cement to the concrete foundation crack.
Obviously, there may be a bit more to your individual situation. If the crack extends down to the ground, I recommend that you excavate down to inspect the damage below grade (if you are able). For minor cracks, the solution in this video is likely adequate. However, if the crack is severe or extends through the entire foundation, there are other more involved repair tactics that should likely be used.
