Would you be worried with a crack this size on your brand-new slab foundation? 🤔
It’s a common question in my Facebook group and usually results in multiple answers. The typical responses being 1/8” – 1/4” is ok. The best answer is to consult with a local structural engineer to determine if the crack is a problem and should be addressed. In the meantime, hopefully some of these comments will prove to be helpful to some dealing with this unfortunate issue.
