When you see an expansion joint open more than 3 inches, that’s not normal settling — that’s an active foundation failure.

In today’s video, watch how we fix it using high-strength hybrid piers made of corrosion-resistant steel, driven deep until they reach load-bearing soil.
We then use 32-ton bottle jacks to simultaneously lift the house, restoring the expansion joint back to where it belongs.
After lifting, the piers are shimmed and locked in place, providing permanent structural support under warranty.
