📍 Flipping a House in Austin, TX – Without Seeing It First (Part 1) We bought this house in Austin without ever stepping foot in it first! First thing I ran the numbers, saw it was a solid deal, and pulled the trigger! Its always about the numbers with these properties. Weigh out the risk vs Reward. Check Rents incase you are forced to pivot into a Rental if the flip doesnt turn out as planned. All of the Exits checked out to be a GREEN LIGHT! 🚦✅ In this video, I walk you through my full deal analysis! Show you what we paid for it, how i calculated Rehab Cost, I breakdown the numbers of our hard money loan and the fees, and had a ARV priced conservatively at $330,000. Its probably slightly higher but to be safe, i put $330,000 so if it ends up being higher its just better news then before 🤩 and rehab game plan.
