Material Required:
* light holder * 230 volt light * wire * fan and light regulator * switch * 2 pin plug * 3 pin plug * fan moter * 2.5 capacitor
LIGHT HOLDER CONNECTION
*Take the light holder in that we have two terminal connect the 2wire in the two terminal holder
(phase and neutral) end of wire (phase and neutral) connect to 50 HZ power supply 230 volt *Use two pin pluge for avoiding loose connect and safety purpose
TEST LAMP CONNECTION
* Convert the light holder into the test lamp circuit. in that light holder circuit we have two tereminal terminal wire to that end of power supply (switch off) in that centre cut any wire (dangerous .. 230 volt) remove the sleeve wire . use of test lamp check the fan coil and iron box coil contivity
FAN COIL TESTING
* In fan coil 3 wire and black yellow red identify common wire with the help of test lamp
SWITCH AND REGULATOR CONNECTION
* Test lamp wire cut wire connect the series switch in switch connection add the fan and light regulator to control (low and high ) brightness
3 PIN PLUG CONNECTION
* In 3 pin plug 3 terminal connection
colour code
Phase - red and brown
Neutral - black and blue
Earth - green and yellow
