I helped my neighbor install new carpet to replace the carpet in his new home after his #pets got a little excited with the move in and getting familiar with their new #home . I knew I better step in and #help when I asked him what his budget was to replace the carpet and he told me that it was about $400-$500 and he would either #hire someone to do it, or he would do it himself.
I'm not saying that he is not capable, or that he isn't smart. I just know that the #tools I bought to install carpeting in my house or properties I #fixandflip #cost me way more that $400-500! And then, there's this thing called inflation. The best people in any profession are usually the hardest to hire because they've got a waiting list due to their good #reputation. Everybody wants them!
And they're not cheap.
